Principles

Great user-centered design should feel completely effortless[1]. To make that happen, I focus my exploration on how the system actually behaves rather than just how it looks[2]. Before designing the interface, I need to know exactly what problem we are actually solving—because ultimately, if a feature lacks a clear purpose, it shouldn't exist[3].
